NextXus Federation is built on a single principle: you own your data, not us. We do not collect, store, sell, share, or monetize your personal information. There are no tracking pixels, no behavioral analytics, no advertising networks, no cookies beyond what is strictly required to process your payment.
2. What We Collect
The only information we receive is what our payment processor needs to complete your transaction. We do not receive your full payment card details — those are handled end-to-end by Paddle, our designated payment infrastructure. We receive only a transaction confirmation and, if you provided one, an email address to deliver your product. We do not store payment data ourselves.
3. Payments via Paddle
All card and digital wallet payments on this storefront are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), who acts as the Merchant of Record. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to admin@next-xus.com with your order confirmation number. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If you purchased via PayPal, initiate a dispute through PayPal and we will approve it.

1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from next-xus.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase. These terms govern your use of the NextXus Federation storefront and all digital products delivered through it.
2. You Own the Metal. You Own the Truth.
All digital products sold here are purchased outright — no subscriptions, no recurring fees, no licenses that expire. When you buy a Federation product, you own it. The NextXus SIM Engine runs on your hardware, under your control, with no cloud call-home requirement. Your data does not leave your machine unless you choose to share it.

3. Federation Architecture — Permitted Use
Products may be used for personal, professional, and educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Federation products without written consent. You may not use Federation products to cause harm, spread deception, or violate applicable law. The Federation is built on truth-first architecture — use it accordingly.
4. Intellectual Property
The NextXus Federation name, SIM Engine, HumanCodex framework, and all associated creative work are the intellectual property of the NextXus Federation. Purchase grants you a perpetual personal license to use the purchased product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
5. Payment Merchant
All card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle issues the invoice, collects payment, and remits to the Federation. Your transaction will appear on your statement under Paddle's name. By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Digital products are delivered as-is. The Federation University courses represent current knowledge at the time of publication. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes or certifications from third-party bodies. Technical products (SIM Engine) are delivered in functional condition; compatibility with future OS versions is not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
The NextXus Federation's total liability for any claim arising from use of these products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the NextXus Federation operates. Any dispute not resolved by direct communication shall be submitted to binding arbitration under standard commercial arbitration rules.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will not retroactively strip rights you purchased in good faith.
